Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund requests under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Items – If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos).
Wrong Item Received – If you receive an incorrect item, we will replace it or issue a refund.
Unworn & Unused Items – Returns are accepted only if the item is in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Non-Refundable Items

🚫 Final Sale Items – Clearance or sale items cannot be refunded.
🚫 Used or Washed Items – We cannot process refunds for worn or washed items.
🚫 Custom or Personalized Orders – These items are non-refundable unless defective.

ow to Request a Refund

2️⃣ Provide Details – Include your order number, photos of the item (if damaged/incorrect), and reason for the return.
3️⃣ Return the Item – Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send the return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4️⃣ Processing Time – Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.
